I’m a transformation and change leader who helps organizations navigate complex change in a way that actually works for people.
I have built my leadership reputation around the principle of "Define reality, and give hope." My focus is simple: make change clear, make it feel achievable for the people living it every day, and build their confidence and resilience. This means preparing people to better thrive in a world of continual change.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led large-scale, enterprise transformations and partnered closely with executive teams to turn strategy into reality. I’m known for bringing structure to ambiguity and helping leaders show up in a way that builds trust and momentum.
At the end of the day, I believe successful transformation isn’t just about what changes. It’s about how well people understand it, and see themselves become part of it.
I'm based at the Jersey Shore with my husband and our rescue dog, Jackie Robinson, a proud mom of two young adult sons, and Peloton devotee. I’m also an active volunteer with Lasagna Love and have spent the past 12 years fundraising for Cycle for Survival.
